The basics
Walter's Apothecary is a US-based supplement company. The website at waltersapothecary.com is operated by us. By placing an order or using the site, you confirm you're at least 18 years old and a US resident.
Buying from us
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we send you an order confirmation. Until that confirmation, we can decline an order for any reason — usually fraud prevention, stock issues, or shipping address problems.
Prices on the site are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed when your order is confirmed.
Subscriptions
If you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule for your order: single-bottle subscriptions refill every 30 days, bundle subscriptions (3 bottles or the Sleep Set) refill every 60 days. All subscriptions receive 15% off every refill; bundle subscriptions also include free shipping. You can cancel, skip, or change your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellations take effect immediately for any future orders not yet processed.
The 90-night guarantee
Take it 90 nights. If it doesn't work, mail the bottle back and we refund every cent. Full terms on the guarantee page. The guarantee is offered in good faith and applies once per customer per product.
What Walter's is — and isn't
Walter's is a dietary supplement, not a drug. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA. If you have a medical condition or take prescription medication, talk to your doctor before starting any supplement, including ours.
Intellectual property
The Walter's name, logo, formula descriptions, photography, and copy on this site are our intellectual property. You can quote short excerpts (under 100 words) for personal use, reviews, or commentary with attribution. You can't copy entire pages, sell our content, or use the brand name in misleading ways.
Reviews and user-submitted content
If you submit a review, comment, or testimonial, you're giving us permission to publish it on the site (or in marketing materials) with your first name and last initial. We don't pay for reviews. We won't edit a review's substance — only obvious typos. If you want a review removed, email us.
Limits of liability
We do our best to make sure everything on this site is accurate, but we make no guarantees about specific outcomes from using Walter's. Individual results vary. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the product or the site, beyond the purchase price you paid.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The 'last updated' date at the top reflects the most recent change. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Walter's is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved in that state's courts.
